Your shipping address

It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly. We accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses, and if an order is delivered to an incorrect address we are unable to accept this is a non-delivery claim.

If an order is returned to us by our Courier if the address you entered is undeliverable, we will refund the price you paid for the order minus a £5 charge to cover our costs.

If you are ordering alcohol, then this can only be handed over to the person who placed the order and age verification will also be requested by the delivery person.

Non-Deliveries

Non-delivery claims for orders you haven’t received must be made within 21 days of you placing your order. Claims made after 21 days will not be accepted. In the event of your order being returned to us by the Courier (for whatever reason), then we will refund you in full upon completion of our investigation.

We do not wholesale, so please don’t ask us!

B2B Purchases

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, or to resell our products, please note that no refunds will be given as you are exempt from Consumer Contracts (formerly distance selling) regulations.

Coupon Codes

We reserve the right to withdraw a coupon code without notice. We also reserve the right to reject any order which has used a coupon code incorrectly.

Images

We endeavour to display fully accurate images on the product pages of our website. However, there may be occasions where product designs differ slightly to the ones shown. Actual products delivered may also be “price-marked” by the manufacturer. Image differences do not mean the product you are purchasing will differ, this will always match the product description.

Order Changes / Cancellations

We are unable to amend or cancel an order after it has been placed. This includes changes of items and/or delivery address. Please only place your order once you are certain that everything is correct.

Are your products all genuine?

Yes. We only purchase directly from either (a) the manufacturer or (b) authorised distributors.

Are your products all brand new?

Yes. We do not sell refurbished. Some of the products we sell are “seconds or returns” but this does not mean the are not brand new. They may be slightly cosmetically imperfect (example minor marks on the glass), or may be 1st or last pour candles, or may have wax residue on the packaging or glass, but literally nothing is pre-owned or not brand new.

Packaging

Please be aware that some of our products at Discount Delights may be delivered in packaging that differs from the original manufacturer’s packaging. This variation in packaging is part of our commitment to offering high-quality products at discounted prices. Rest assured, the integrity and new condition of the product itself are always maintained, regardless of the packaging.

Some of our products are delivered in packaging that may differ from the original manufacturer’s. This is part of our green policy to reuse existing packaging when possible, contributing to environmental sustainability. We assure our customers that this practice does not affect the quality of our products, which are always upheld to the highest standards.

Returns

Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Discount Delights, you have the option to return the product within 7 working days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and contained within its original packaging.

When returning an item, please send it back to our designated office address. It’s important to note that the cost of returning the item, including postage and packaging, will be at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following this, we will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
